After busy weeks, the rapeseed weigh-in on the weighbridge at Emmelev A/S is now ringing. Many farmers from all over North Funen deliver rapeseed directly from the field to Emmelev A/S, and thus there is not only a rush in the fields, but also in the areas of the company where the rapeseed is unloaded.
Co-owner Morten Simonsen reports an overall good harvest with medium yields and a good quality of the weighed rapeseed.

It is estimated by plant breeding advisors that more rapeseed is grown on Nordfyn than in other areas because the plant growers have the opportunity to be able to deliver directly to Emmelev A/S.
